Patrick M. Rost, Esq has been a corporate & RE attorney since 1987. He has advised clients on all aspects of residential and commercial RE from land purchases, construction, HOA, listing & sales, and property management. Additionally, Mr. Rost is a licensed CA RE Broker.

Mr. Rost is a competitive tennis player, avid scuba diving, certified EMT, and enjoys exploring the world. He is the father of 3 adult children and resides in north county, San Diego, Ca.

Clients include property owners involved in commercial development, short-term residential investment, ADU's, multi-unit residential complexes, & all aspects of residential ownership.

He is available to advise as a RE lawyer or RE broker navigating clients throughout the transaction.
